Head of marketing

Cicada Investments Limited are currently recruiting for a new Head of Marketing. The ideal candidate would a highly experienced marketing professional with a demonstrable track record of leading marketing teams, understanding target markets and developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing property investment specialist in the newly created role of Head of Marketing.

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for overall marketing strategy and delivering campaigns in line with the company three year plan. As a key member of a highly experienced and dynamic management team, the Head of Marketing will drive all marketing and related activity which will support the realisation of our vision and the achievement of our goals.

Role

The Head of Marketing role is a very much hands on full-service marketing position, and includes development and management of online campaigns, customer retention and acquisition, responsibility for brand management and development of an integrated marketing plan. This role will also liaise with both PR and advertising agencies as well as web and creative staff.

Formulating and executing the Company's marketing plan based on the agreed business plan and the strategic objectives. Driving the evolution of the company's core product services and brand values.

Responsibilities

To develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with demands of the business generally. To review and refine marketing strategy, manage marketing budgets and be responsible for developing the brand and marketing communications plans. To project manage the website, in conjunction with the Web Manager to ensure maximum return on investment for this channel.

Essential skills and experience

As Head of Marketing you must possess a marketing degree or equivalent (CIM/IDM) and have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.

The successful Head of Marketing candidate will demonstrate;

Significant experience in senior marketing role
Strong relationship management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, at all levels
Clear strategic business development and marketing direction is essential
Strong strategic experience of driving a business to the next level
Experience in building brands through online and offline events
Strong knowledge of the financial products and services that financial companies have to offer would be highly desirable
Passionate about investment property

This role of Head of Marketing offers an excellent company to work with, an attractive salary circa £45,000+ per annum dependent on skills and experience.
